20 Years of Caliber

This year marks 20 years since Caliber first opened its doors in Denver. What started with one person's long-held fascination with floor plans and homebuilding turned, in 2006, into a real company with a simple goal: build homes worth being proud of.

From One Home to Two Hundred

Two decades later, that goal has taken shape more than 200 times over. Caliber has built custom homes and led major remodels and additions across some of Denver's most established neighborhoods, including Washington Park, Cherry Hills Village, Bonnie Brae, Observatory Park, Platt Park, Cherry Creek, and Greenwood Village. Each project has come with its own site, its own homeowners, and its own set of decisions, but the underlying approach has stayed the same: build it right, and build it to last.

What Hasn't Changed

Growth has never meant cutting corners. Caliber's focus has stayed on craftsmanship, quality materials, and a construction process that homeowners can actually follow and trust, from land acquisition and design through specifications, budgeting, project management, and final walkthrough. Safety on the job site has remained a constant priority throughout every phase of every build.

Giving Back

Twenty years in Denver has also meant twenty years as part of the community, not just building in it. Over the past decade, Caliber has committed to giving back, helping raise more than $500,000 for local charities along the way. That commitment has grown alongside the business, and it remains as much a part of Caliber's identity as the homes themselves.

Looking Ahead

None of the last 20 years would have been possible without the homeowners who trusted Caliber with one of the biggest investments of their lives, and the tradespeople and team members who showed up to do the work right, day after day. That trust is what Caliber is building on for the next 20 years, one home, one neighborhood, and one client relationship at a time.

If you're considering a custom home, remodel, or addition in the Denver area, we'd welcome the chance to talk it through with you.
