Deliver projects on-time, on-budget, and aligned with Caliber’s quality standards. Develop, implement, and monitor construction processes, schedules, and checklists. Coordinate with architects, designers, trade partners, and suppliers to ensure efficient workflow. Set clear and reasonable client expectations from the earliest stages of the project. Maintain ongoing communication with clients, providing updates and responding to inquiries promptly. Protect gross margins by managing budgets, recommending cost-effective methods, and approving trade partner payments. Oversee quality control, safety compliance, and process improvements across all construction phases. Support product development by participating in design meetings and recommending innovative materials or methods. Ensure warranty processes are followed, with timely responses to client service requests. Foster strong relationships with clients, trade partners, and suppliers to support long-term satisfaction. Lead, mentor, and develop superintendents and trade partners, supporting continuous improvement in skills and performance.

3+ years experience in residential construction project management (luxury/custom preferred). Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field (preferred). Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Proven ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and specifications. Experience managing budgets, schedules, and subcontractor performance. Commitment to safety, quality, and client satisfaction.

Achieve gross margin targets and project schedules. Deliver homes with minimal outstanding items at closing. Maintain at least 90% customer satisfaction during construction and warranty phases. Contribute to process improvements that enhance efficiency and quality.
