  • Prepare cost‑plus client billings with proper backup

Requirements

  • Coordinate with architects, designers, trade partners, and suppliers to ensure efficient workflow.
  • Set clear and reasonable client expectations from the earliest stages of the project.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with clients, providing updates and responding to inquiries promptly.
  • Protect gross margins by managing budgets, recommending cost-effective methods, and approving trade partner payments.
  • Oversee quality control, safety compliance, and process improvements across all construction phases.
  • Support product development by participating in design meetings and recommending innovative materials or methods.
  • Ensure warranty processes are followed, with timely responses to client service requests.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, trade partners, and suppliers to support long-term satisfaction.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop superintendents and trade partners, supporting continuous improvement in skills and performance.
Requirements
  • 3+ years experience in residential construction project management (luxury/custom preferred).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field (preferred).

  • Review plans and field conditions and communicate issues to the project team
  • Assist with inspections, punch lists, and project closeout
  • Complete minor hands-on jobsite tasks as needed
Requirements
  • Residential construction or related field experience
  • Working knowledge of construction drawings and jobsite practices
