Englewood Small Town with Big City Access

Located five miles south of booming Downtown Denver, Englewood is a dynamic blend of thriving business corridors and historic neighborhoods. With roots that follow the early mining boom along the South Platte River, it was incorporated in 1903 and has evolved over the decades to become a popular spot for young people – it has the third highest concentration of millennials in the state.

Englewood’s location along two major thoroughfares – US Highway 285 and US Highway 85 – makes getting around and exploring other cities around the Mile High City easy. Its proximity to Downtown Denver and popular suburbs like Cherry Creek and Littleton provides a wide range of cultural, entertainment, and culinary options, but staying in the city’s bounds offers ample opportunity for fun, dining, and more.

A total of 17,000 housing units provide potential residents with diverse living situations from which to select. Click here to view the homes built by Caliber Construction, or contact us today for more information about how we can build your new home.
