Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records including AP/AR, payroll, and reconciliations.
- Manage detailed job costing and track project financial performance.
- Prepare cost-plus client billings with proper documentation and backup.
- Create, manage, and update financial forecasts and cash flow models.
- Produce monthly financial statements and internal reports.
- Reconcile Buildertrend (or similar systems) with QuickBooks.
- Partner with ownership and project teams to provide financial insights.
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all financial processes.
Requirements
- 5+ years of accounting or bookkeeping experience.
- Direct experience in luxury or high-end residential construction (required).
- Strong job costing and project-based accounting experience.
- Advanced Excel skills including forecasting and financial modeling.
- Proficiency with QuickBooks (Buildertrend experience is a plus).
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and dependable.

Responsibilities
- Deliver projects on-time, on-budget, and aligned with Caliber’s quality standards.
- Develop, implement, and monitor construction processes, schedules, and checklists.
- Coordinate with architects, designers, trade partners, and suppliers to ensure efficient workflow.
- Set clear and reasonable client expectations from the earliest stages of the project.
- Maintain ongoing communication with clients, providing updates and responding to inquiries promptly.
- Protect gross margins by managing budgets, recommending cost-effective methods, and approving trade partner payments.
- Oversee quality control, safety compliance, and process improvements across all construction phases.
- Support product development by participating in design meetings and recommending innovative materials or methods.
- Ensure warranty processes are followed, with timely responses to client service requests.
- Foster strong relationships with clients, trade partners, and suppliers to support long-term satisfaction.
- Lead, mentor, and develop superintendents and trade partners, supporting continuous improvement in skills and performance.
Requirements
- 3+ years experience in residential construction project management (luxury/custom preferred).
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field (preferred).
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and specifications.
- Experience managing budgets, schedules, and subcontractor performance.
- Commitment to safety, quality, and client satisfaction.
Performance Expectations
- Achieve gross margin targets and project schedules.
- Deliver homes with minimal outstanding items at closing.
- Maintain at least 90% customer satisfaction during construction and warranty phases.
- Contribute to process improvements that enhance efficiency and quality.

- Coordinate all trade contractors and material deliveries
- Maintain schedule and implement recovery procedures when necessary
- Implement warranty process and communicate with clients
- Control construction cost variances and maintain accurate records
- Ensure job site safety and client/trade partner satisfaction
- Provide leadership, training, and implement process improvements
