A Childhood Dream Becomes a Reality
Owner, Brad Liber, has a passion for homebuilding. Since an early age, hours were spent at the kitchen table drawing hundreds of floor plans. By the age of nine, a passion was born. In 2006, this passion became a reality in what is now Caliber. Brad’s childhood fascination has grown into a creative and rewarding way of connecting with clients to realize their dreams.

Brad Liber Owner
Brad believes building a home should feel exciting and personal, so he brings his signature mix of energy, humor, and genuine connection to every client relationship. When Brad isn’t collaborating on dream homes, you’ll find him chasing powder on Colorado ski days, planning the next travel adventure with his wife and two kids, or spending time outdoors. He’s passionate about great design, great experiences, and making the building journey feel just as enjoyable as the final result. For Brad, it’s simple: if you’re going to build a home, you might as well have some fun along the way.
Josh Gilcreest Construction Manager
Josh is a seasoned Construction Manager with experience overseeing residential construction projects from planning through completion. He focuses on coordinating teams, managing timelines and budgets, and ensuring work is executed to a high standard. Known for his practical approach and attention to detail, Josh plays a key role in keeping projects organized, efficient, and moving forward.
Jennifer Kreinbrink Pre-Construction Manager
Jennifer lives in Golden with her husband and two kids and loves spending time in the mountains skiing and camping. She earned a master’s degree in real estate and construction management from DU, specializing in finance, and has extensive experience in engineering and property management.
Matt Valentine Project Manager
Raised in North Carolina, Matt was introduced to custom home building at an early age, gaining hands-on experience on job sites while still in high school. That foundation shaped a lasting respect for craftsmanship, precision, and the process behind building exceptional homes. Matt specializes in high-end residential projects and is known for fostering strong client relationships while holding trade partners to the highest standards of performance and execution. His work is defined by clear communication, disciplined planning, and an unwavering commitment to quality. Outside of work, you will find him in the mountains, enjoying all that Colorado has to offer.
Caroline Czirr Business Development and Marketing
Caroline believes great design, meaningful connections, and unforgettable experiences all begin with people. She brings a thoughtful, intuitive approach to every relationship, blending creativity, warmth, and an innate understanding of how to bring the right people together in ways that feel both effortless and intentional. With a background rooted in luxury, hospitality, and high-level design, Caroline is passionate about curating elevated environments and collaborations that feel deeply personal. Whether she’s shaping bespoke experiences, connecting industry leaders, or advising on projects for ultra-high-net-worth clients, she believes the process should be just as enjoyable as the outcome. When she’s not immersed in design conversations or building thoughtful partnerships, you will likely find Caroline traveling, sharing long lunches with friends, or drawing inspiration from beautiful places, architecture, and the art of living well. For Caroline, it’s simple: when you care about the details and the people, everything else falls into place.
Sean Miller Purchasing Manager
Denver native and Construction Management graduate from Colorado State University with Superintendent and Purchasing experience in high-end residential and multi-family construction. Proven track record of improving processes, reducing costs, and delivering projects on time and on budget. Process-driven professional skilled in contract negotiation, trade partner management, and ERP systems. Outside of work, enjoys time in the mountains, on the golf course, and with family.
Anna Lammers Project Assistant
Anna is an Interior Architecture and Design graduate from Colorado State University with a passion for residential home design and building, driven by creating connections with homeowners. After a post-graduate adventure living in the interior of Alaska for a few years, she now calls Washington Park home. Outside of work, Anna enjoys reading, travel, hiking, cooking, and baking sourdough goodies.
Nate Lacroix Site Superintendent
Originally from Vermont, Nate built his career in the construction industry through hands-on experience in electrical work, construction management, and residential building. Known for his strong work ethic, attention to detail, and practical problem-solving approach, he is passionate about delivering quality projects while building lasting relationships with homeowners, trade partners, and team members. Outside of work, Nate enjoys spending time with his wife and two children, coaching youth sports, golfing, fishing, and exploring Colorado’s mountains.
