This new home at 1266 S Williams St was built in Observatory Park, a neighborhood prized for its proximity to the University of Denver and its walkable, well-established streets. The home was constructed from the ground up with a layout and finish level built for modern family life, while keeping a scale and exterior presence that belongs on the block.

Every stage of the build, from framing through final finishes, was managed in-house by Caliber's team.
