This Linda Vista project in Lakewood is a major addition and remodel, expanding an existing home with a new upper level while keeping the home's original brick base intact. From above, the build sits in a mature, tree-covered lot with views toward downtown Denver, and the framing and rough-in work reflect the same structural and mechanical standards Caliber applies to ground-up new construction.

As with all of Caliber's remodel and addition work, the goal is a finished result that feels like it was always part of the home, not an obvious add-on.
