Caliber Construction does awesome work. They rebuilt almost our entire Cherry Hills Village house after a disastrous flood last winter. Caliber provided accurate cost estimates, and had great subcontractors who performed excellent quality work, especially carpenter Jeremy. They excel at communication, which was refreshing. They were also able to identify some small details that we had overlooked and call our attention to them, to help us fix things in advance that would've been problems later. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to everyone.

We consider ourselves extremely fortunate to live in a home built by Caliber Construction. Not a day goes by that we aren't appreciative of the quality of work that went into our home. Even though we've lived here a few years, Brad stands by his work and is readily available for questions or concerns about things that come up. His level of integrity, honesty, kindness and caring is exemplary, especially in the world of construction. In addition to being a good GC, he's also a great human. Which is why he surrounds himself with the best subs, and the nicest people in the business. I'm a designer and he's as good as they come!

I used Caliber to oversee the construction of my new home and am very happy that I did! Caliber Construction built my parents home in the LoHi neighborhood in 2013. It was such an pleasure to work with Brad and the whole experience was a blast! My husband and I also purchased a Caliber home and lived there for 6 years. It was a beautifully designed home in a great location. We loved it! Brad and his team are so wonderful to work with!!
