Details are what sets your custom home apart. Keeping up with all the details of your new custom home can be overwhelming. Our Team will create an all-inclusive experience, walking you through every decision and keeping documentation in your personal Portal.

Our Team will work directly with subcontractors and vendors to obtain bids based on your personal preferences, and then we will confirm the overall estimate for your project. Once completed, you can stay up-to-date on the progress of your new home through Caliber Construction's Portal.

Project Management and Home Construction

One of the advantages of working with Caliber Construction is our dedicated staff. The Caliber Team will keep you on top of all aspects of your project. Once your project is underway, our Team will track each area, giving you the ability to know where your new home is in the process. Our Team will also follow all expenses and provide detailed billing.

Project Completion

Our in-depth project close-out process includes a full inspection and walk-through with a warranty company. Once approved, you move in. You will receive a Close-Out Package with copies of all contracts, invoices, releases, city documents, manuals, and warranties.
